Draft information about using the Travelar platform and booking travel services.
Draft — legal review required
This policy is draft information, not an approved contract or legal advice. It is not ready for publication as a final policy. Travelar must confirm the applicable legal entity, markets, contact details, effective date, and jurisdiction-specific terms with qualified counsel before relying on or publishing it as final.
1. About these terms
These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for accessing and using the Travelar website and related services. They are not a final contract. The operating legal entity, applicable market terms, effective date, governing law, and consumer protections require qualified legal review before publication.
2. Travelar and travel providers
Travelar is a digital platform that helps customers discover and book available travel services. The airline, transport operator, accommodation provider, or other supplier delivers the relevant service. The responsible provider and booking-specific terms should be identified in the booking flow or confirmation.
3. Accounts and information
Where an account is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping credentials confidential, and notifying Travelar of suspected unauthorised access. Booking details must be accurate and may be subject to provider rules and correction restrictions.
4. Search, prices, and booking requests
Search results depend on live availability and may change. Before submitting an order, customers should review the service, traveller details, total price, currency, and applicable conditions. A booking request is not confirmed until Travelar communicates confirmation. Travelar does not add a separate service fee.
5. Payment and confirmation
Payment options and amounts are those presented for the relevant checkout. A successful payment authorisation or debit does not always mean a supplier has accepted or fulfilled the booking. Customers should follow the displayed booking status and avoid repeating a payment while its status is being checked.
6. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and disruption
Requests must follow the booking-specific options and applicable supplier conditions. A request is not complete until its outcome is confirmed. Refund eligibility and available remedies depend on the booking terms, provider, and mandatory law. Supplier schedule changes and disruptions are handled under the relevant booking terms and applicable requirements.
7. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
Use accurate traveller and payment information and only provide personal information you are authorised to submit.
Do not make fraudulent bookings, misuse refunds or chargebacks, interfere with platform security, upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, or attempt unauthorised access.
Keep booking references and account credentials private, and do not share passwords, PINs, full payment credentials, or one-time codes.
8. Suppliers, third parties, and intellectual property
External services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Travelar's original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Travelar or its licensors; third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Final provisions must be reviewed to reflect the actual platform and supplier relationships.
9. Liability, suspension, and events outside control
Any exclusions, limits, remedies, suspension rights, or treatment of events outside reasonable control must be drafted and approved for the relevant market. Nothing in a final version may remove liability, statutory rights, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Complaints, governing law, and updates
The legal notice address, verified contact route, complaint escalation, governing law, competent forum, language precedence, effective date, and process for material changes have not been approved for publication. These terms remain no-indexed and in draft pending completion of legal and operational review.
