Work with Travelar

Travelar is interested in working with travel suppliers and operators whose services can be represented clearly and reliably for travellers. Potential relationships may involve transport, ferry, flight, accommodation, distribution, or related travel services, depending on product and market readiness.

Information needed for an evaluation

• The legal business name, registration details, operating markets, and authorised business contact.
• The services, routes or properties offered, operating schedules, inventory, and applicable terms.
• Booking, fulfilment, support, cancellation, disruption, and settlement processes.
• Technical integration capabilities, data-handling practices, and security contacts.
• Required licences, regulatory approvals, and relevant insurance information.

Commercial and operational review

Each proposed relationship requires a documented commercial and operational review. Travelar's commercial rules remain: no separate service fees; Travelar revenue comes from applicable markup and commission under the defined commercial rules. Compensation for a Travelar-owned agent, where applicable, is separate from Travelar revenue.
