Who this process is intended for

The operator onboarding process is intended for transport and other travel operators interested in making eligible services available through Travelar. An enquiry or application would not guarantee approval or activation.

Information to prepare

• Registered business name, registration and tax details, authorised representative, and verified business contacts.
• Operating licences, service areas, routes, schedules, vehicle or vessel information, and capacity.
• Inventory and booking procedures, ticketing and fulfilment, passenger support, and disruption handling.
• Cancellation, change, refund, settlement, and reconciliation rules.
• Technical integration and security information, including how customer data is handled.

Review and activation

Before services can be listed, Travelar would need to complete the required business, legal, operational, technical, and security reviews and agree written commercial terms. Availability must be activated and verified before it is described as bookable.
